Case study · Drink Suma
Drink Suma migrated its electrolyte subscription to Reval
Why one of the electrolyte brands with the widest presence in Argentina, sold in more than 300 points of sale, left Orquesty and moved its subscription program to Reval.

In short
Drink Suma, an electrolyte brand sold in more than 300 pharmacies and health food stores across Argentina, was already selling subscriptions on its Shopify store. In September 2026 it migrated that program from Orquesty to Reval, to keep offering its subscription (15% off, frequency of choice and a build-your-own box) with billing processed by Mercado Pago.
Why this case matters
A brand already selling subscriptions chose to switch tools.
Most subscription case studies are brands starting from scratch. This one is different: Drink Suma was already selling subscriptions and still chose to switch tools.
When a brand with a running recurring program decides to migrate, it is not on a whim: it found something it was missing.
Why they migrated
From Orquesty to Reval
Drink Suma already had its subscription running on Orquesty. It moved to Reval for what it needed and was not getting from its previous tool. What tipped the scale was a mix of product and service.
Native Shopify integration
Reval runs from the same Shopify admin, which made day-to-day use and setup much simpler.
A fast, willing team
The willingness to listen and improve the product based on the brand's real operation, as a service, weighed heavily.
Simple, flexible configuration
Creating subscription plans and turning on options like free shipping or surprises was simple, with the Reval team on the brand's side to adjust whatever was needed.
WhatsApp support
A chatbot that answers the vast majority of questions instantly. When something is beyond it, it alerts the Reval team, who picks it up and solves it.
Put together: a product that feels part of Shopify and a team that stays alongside.
The migration
An orderly migration
Migrating an active subscription program is delicate: there are customers with charges in progress that cannot be lost. The Reval team made sure the move was orderly.
Drink Suma's new subscription portal has been live since September 28, 2026.
